- Why do I get "550 Relaying Denied" when I try to
send an email?
The error is caused by not
allowing SMTP authentication in your email client.
Open your email account settings, and look for a box
that says "My Server Requires Authentication" and check
this box. Then Click OK, and try sending your message
again.
- Why do I find the word ZSpam in the subject of my
emails?
ZSpam is our Spam marker that we
place in the subject of any email message that has been
flagged by our anti-spam software. You can create
a filter in Outlook "Tools/Message Wizard" to filter out
all email that have the word ZSpam in the subject, and
move these emails to the deleted/spam folder.
- What are my FTP Settings?
Please call us to obtain your ftp settings. It all
depends on what server you are hosted on.
- I still seem to be getting
some spam emails. How can I stop this.
Unfortunately not all spam email will be caught.
